Set an approximate guest count, a maximum budget and a possible date range before asking for quotes. Ask whether capacity refers to the actual seated layout you intend to use.
Check every included service
Ask separately about food, drinks, decoration, lighting, sound, photography, staffing, parking and preparation rooms. A low headline price can leave substantial extras outside the package.
Look for clear communication
Notice whether the venue answers your questions clearly and provides its scope in writing. Response speed is useful information, but is not proof of service quality on its own.
